A message dated June 27, 2015, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 158(FIN)                                                                               
     "An Act relating to a refined fuel surcharge; relating to the motor                                                        
     fuel tax; relating to a qualified dealer license; and providing for an
